Believe it or not, the Rotary Club of Boronia distributed some 60 tonnes of linen (donated by Spotlight) to local charities and to medical facilities in Fiji and Cambodia during the last year. It also set up two Little Street Libraries in the local community, with a third on its way; conducted an annual ANZAC Day Commemorative Service for local school children; recognised the Apprentice of the Year from the Swinburne University of Technology (Wantirna campus); and sponsored local youth to participate in Rotary’s youth development programs.
Details of these and the full extent of the Club’s achievements during 2018/19 are presented in the Annual Report 2018-2019 which has now been released.
